Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

Please choose your order carefully, as discounted products are non-refundable during the discount period.

Exchanges are available under the following conditions:

One exchange is permitted. Replacement orders are non-refundable.

The product must be returned within three days of receipt.

The product must be intact and in its original condition, with all accessories.

Return fees: 30 riyals.
Replacement fees: 30 riyals.
Note: The 35 riyal shipping fee, which is paid upon initial order, is non-refundable and is not included in the exchange and return policy.
It will be deducted from the total amount along with the 30 riyal return fee, resulting in a total of 65 riyals.

The sale, purchase, and use of the products available on this site are subject to the terms and conditions of use and service.

The store may choose to accept, decline, or cancel your order in certain circumstances. For example, if the product you wish to purchase is unavailable, if the product is mispriced, or if the order is found to be fraudulent, the site will refund your payment for orders that are not accepted or canceled.

All content on the site, including text, designs, graphics, logos, icons, images, interfaces, symbols, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Olivia Store and is subject to copyright protection.

Return and Exchange Policy:

All products must be returned within 3 days of receiving the order.

The customer bears the shipping costs for returns. Delivery fees are non-refundable (Aramex 35 riyals, SMSA 30 riyals, and representative 50 riyals).

Refunds will be made within 7 to 14 days after the product is received and inspected.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If a product is defective or has a manufacturing error, it will be returned after reporting it.

Conditions in which products are not returned:

· When a return request is made after the specified timeframe, which is 3 days from the date of receipt.

· When the product is used, damaged, or not in the same condition as received, or the product's security tag is removed.

· Consumable products that have been used.

· Products with tampered with or missing serial numbers.

· Products without price tags, labels, or original packaging, or missing any accessories.

How can I get a refund if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

If you receive an item damaged or not as ordered from Olivia, you can return the item to us in the same condition you received it in and in its original packaging within 3 days from the date of receipt. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it, and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will immediately begin the process of refunding you for both the money you paid for the item and the money you paid to ship and deliver it to you.
